This is a renovated basement apartment (ceilings are low, 6' 2") in our historic bungalow in the Mapleton Hill neighborhood. A 10 minute walk to downtown pearl st, as well as the Mt Sanitas trailhead puts you in an ideal location to experience some of the best that Boulder has to offer. You have your own private entrance in the back of our house accessed by a brick path, and the apartment is locked off from the upstairs of our house and is totally private, non-lived in space. The .5 walk to Pearl Street was great for shopping and eating. The 1 mile to Chataqua Park and several hikes! The bathroom was stocked in case you forgot anything and the kitchen was well appointed if you wished to dine in. It is in the basement of the owners house and has its own entrance on the back of the house. Nice kitchenette (sink, fridge, stove, etc.) shower, large and comfortable bed. There are some pre-steep stairs to get down to the unit, but assuming your knees are OK, It’s not a problem. Beautiful quiet neighborhood in historic District.
