Newly Remodeled Home

Cook breakfast in an airy kitchen with marble counters and dine at a center island, bar-style table. High windows provide heaps of natural light. Country-chic interiors boast gray-washed wood floors and plush furnishings. Relax with two private bedrooms (California King and Full bed) and an exercise room. This is a house you can get cozy in! No smoking or pets in or on the property. Fun for all! We have had many individuals use the house when they are in on business and families of all ages enjoy it too.

The City of Boulder has a maximum of 20 nights booked. Any bookings above this are not permissible and will be canceled.

Perfect Location

This was the perfect property for 2 adults & a teen to explore Boulder, the University, & the Rocky Mountain National Park. Less than 10 minutes to everything in Boulder. Large, renovated, well stocked kitchen & bathroom. Owner very responsive. Highly recommend, would stay here again.

Visit to Boulder

This was such a nice stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood super close to the university with a view of the mountains and appears to have been recently renovated. All of the appliances are new, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are super confortable and the living room is clean, and spacious. We were there for a conference and almost everyone else stayed in hotels, so our team would gather at the house in the evening for after action meetings since we had more space. EVERYONE who came agreed that the house was awesome and said that they are never staying in a hotel again. Much thanks to Erin for being such an accommodating, concientious and responsive host. We’ll definitely plan on staying there on our next trip to Boulder.

Perfect location for our son’s CU graduation. Neighborhood was convenient and quiet. The space was ideal for 3 adults. The large kitchen island was a great gathering spot. Better than advertised

This property exceeded our expectations, in every way. The rooms, kitchen and bathroom in particular, have been renovated expertly. We could not have been more impressed with the arrangement. However, and more importantly in our view - the host was both responsive and accommodating. Given the timing of our trip, last minute Christmas booking, this was especially helpful. We will book at this property again, without hesitation.

House was spotless . The location was excellent. Erin was an excellent host with great communication skills. We cooked a number of meals at the house and kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans ,dishes and silverware. We needed nothing. Plenty of room in kitchen /great room. Charming Home

We had a wonderful time staying at Erin's rental! The home felt open and spacious, with a lovely little deck and backyard, and was very quiet. The bookshelves are full of reading options if you just feel like hanging around. If you love to cook, the kitchen is well-stocked with appliances, and the cooktop heats quickly. Erin was very accommodating. You only needed to text her with your questions. She also dropped off a few supplies that she thought we would need. I highly recommend staying in her home! I know I will the next time I come to Boulder. Thanks Erin!

We loved this house! It’s everything that’s advertised. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, the deck was perfect for morning coffee and the owner was easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to book this property again.

Summer Vacation in Boulder!

Wow, what a charming, comfortable, updated home in Boulder! It was fully equipped and had just about everything we needed. It felt like our home away from home! Erin went above and beyond. Check-in was easy, and communication during booking and leading up to our stay was consistent and helpful. Erin provided suggestions and tips for our first time in Boulder. My husband, son, and I fell in love with Boulder; it's an outdoor adventure any time of the day, with beautiful weather and wonderful people! We will be back and hope to stay in this home again.
