The house is in a quiet neighborhood super close to the university with a view of the mountains and appears to have been recently renovated. All of the appliances are new, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are super confortable and the living room is clean, and spacious. We were there for a conference and almost everyone else stayed in hotels, so our team would gather at the house in the evening for after action meetings since we had more space. EVERYONE who came agreed that the house was awesome and said that they are never staying in a hotel again. Much thanks to Erin for being such an accommodating, concientious and responsive host. The home felt open and spacious, with a lovely little deck and backyard, and was very quiet. The bookshelves are full of reading options if you just feel like hanging around. If you love to cook, the kitchen is well-stocked with appliances, and the cooktop heats quickly. Erin was very accommodating. You only needed to text her with your questions.
