This lovely 1 bedroom guest house is atop owner's detached garage, with private entrance and parking, centrally located only 5 blocks to Pearl Street and across the street from C.U. and Naropa. A short walk to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery, laundry mat, wine shop, etc... (see photos for adjacent amenities) 500 SF size, with separate bedroom for 2 including queen size memory foam bed, 100% cotton sheets sofa love seat and furnished express kitchen with convection / microwave oven, 2 burner stove, sink, full size refrigerator, sorry no dishwasher or washer/dryer.
