Close to lots of hiking trails and walking distance to downtown Boulder and CU Campus. Also a short walk to the Hill, Campus, Parks, Boulder Creek, shopping, food and bars. Ideal location for any parents visiting their kids at CU, business men looking for a clean and nice work environment, or a few families coming to vacation in Boulder. The home is about 2700 sqft with an open layout. There are two master suites with their own bathrooms housing a King bed and a Queen Bed, three other rooms with a combination of bunk beds and a queen, queen and a comfortable pull out couch. Bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, amenities are high quality and the kitchen is very well appointed with everything you might need. We enjoyed coffee in the front yard each morning and a cocktail in the super cute backyard in the evenings. Easy 10-15 min walk to Pearl Street and all of the coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. On street parking was never an issue. This house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so college noise was just not a thing.
