This enchanting 3771 square foot home, originally built in 1885 and meticulously restored, combines historical charm with modern luxury. Step inside and be amazed by the Venetian plaster hand-created walls and exquisite custom woodwork throughout. The high ceilings create an airy feel, and the open layout is bathed in natural light. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s paradise, featuring high-end appliances, spalted fiddleback maple wood cabinets, and a stunning spiral staircase that adds a whimsical touch. Unwind in the spacious living areas or head downstairs to the media room, where a huge screen TV awaits against hand-painted gilded walls. Enjoy meals in the dining room, showcasing exposed structural bricks and slats, along with custom-created light fixtures that add a unique flair. The outdoor spaces are equally impressive.
