House in the Marais Breton, detached, located in a complex, with a view of the Bouin Wind Farm. Ground floor: living room/lounge/kitchen, 3 bedrooms with 3 single beds in each, 2 shower rooms/WC, garage (washing machines, dryers). Upstairs: Low mezzanine (ceiling height 1.65 m at the highest) with relaxation area. Wi-Fi. Landscaped grounds of 600 m² (garden furniture, barbecue). Oyster farm at Port de l'Epoids, bird watching in the Marais 500 m away. Passage du Gois 5 km away. Optional: End-of-stay cleaning: €120/stay; Sheet rental: €12/bed/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay.  
Additional charge: Tourist tax. Electric underfloor heating: individual meter reading on heating (to be paid on site). Additional charge for professionals: End-of-stay cleaning: €135/stay. Tourism and Disability label for 4 disabilities: Mental, Physical, Hearing, and Visual.  
Arriving in Bouin, head towards Beauvoir/Mer, drive for about 4 km, then turn right towards Port du Bec. When you reach L'Epoids, at the café, turn right just after the stop sign on Boulevard des Alizées, then take the first right onto Route des Cabanes, then the second right at the end of the street.
