Because you are looking for an ideal house for your vacation? So look no further! This is for you. As a couple, with family or friends, this villa fits all your criteria. Peaceful, not overlooked, private pool, overlooking the olive trees. It has 4 bedrooms, two with their own bathroom. A dressing room, a spacious American kitchen and living room dining room so bright that one does not need to go out to see the sun, both with a view of the swimming pool and the famous Tunisian olive trees. All this ten minutes from the Sublime Yasmine Hammamet, its restaurants, its sandy beach and its magic.   
  
Otherwise, this villa has all the equipment necessary for cooking (dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, saucepan, glasses, cups, plates ...) it also has a TV (take the subscription with a telephone operator), a washing machine and most importantly, deckchairs ...
