Parking is kind of a pain - garage across the street (validated) and minimal spots at the hotel itself; Check-In staff could have been more informative about the property and amenities; Room was clean and had sufficient space but lacking in a few things such as waste bins and towel racks in the bathroom; Beds and pillows were not very comfortable; Breakfast was decent; In general all staff were friendly; Check out was easy.

Great location to see Boston! 596 steps from the front door of the hotel to the subway ticket booth (yes... I counted). Orange line - Wellington station - four stops from North station. Clean. New. Great breakfast with lots of options. Our family of 4 loved it all!

Poorly run hotel; seemed to be a corporate or management problem. We asked for our room to be cleaned after a couple days out of a 5 night stay. We were told we could not have a daily cleaning. Then we kept being told that the room would be cleaned when we got back from being out for the day, but it never was. We were repeatedly promised and yet nothing, and our room had trash and used towels piling up. We never got any cleaning, which is gross for a 5 night, 6 day stay. The staff was apologetic and there were cleaning staff that we did see seemed busy trying to keep up with cleaning when rooms were being vacated. Either they aren't being given enough hours to clean regularly or they're understaffed. I certainly won't be back and I'm skeptical of the brand now.

Amazing location with near buy shops and restaurants. It was a 10 minute walk to the metro station and about a 15 minute ride into Boston. Hotel has very limited parking but they do allow you to park in a parking garage across the street and they will validate your parking ticket so you do not have to pay for parking. Room was spacious, clean, and check-in was quick. Breakfast was good.

Awesome property and awesome stay. Very convenient to Assembly Row, downtown Boston, and the Subway system. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest, but it was good enough. We felt very safe during our stay and the property is within walking distance of some local restaurants. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed on this hotel for a week. I requested room service that they never did, I had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper and they gave me only one roll and one towel; I couldn’t believe, also shampoo was empty they never refilled. The worse place and service I ever had. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Enjoyed my stay!
Room was spacious, clean, and check-in was quick. Location was close to several diverse places to get a quick bite to eat. Pillows were too firm for me but everything else was fine. Will stay again if in the area.

Convenience and Value all in One
Nice hotel at an excellent price in a convenient location. Restaurants down the street, Assembly Row and riverwalk right outside. Parking was tight in the location but they gave us a pass to park in the lot across the street (note: parking is not free). Very nice breakfast included in the morning, making it an even better value!
