It features a large and inviting living room, spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms, a private 500 sq.ft. deck, and everything else to make your stay comfortable and memorable. This suite is one of several luxury suites in a small boutique Inn which is located in the heart of Newton Highlands in a beautiful, fully remodeled historic building. Careful attention has been paid to preserve the look and charm of the fin-de-siècle 19th-century building, using old archive photographs to replicate the exterior as it once stood. Inside, the building is pure 21st century, with modern rooms, advanced utility systems, and greatly enhanced structural features. The remodeling has been completed in full compliance with Fire, Safety, and Building codes for hotel class buildings. The suite has its own HVAC system, so there’s no air sharing between units. Stas Gavronsky and his wife, Tatiana, are the owners and operators of The Inn at Newton Highlands. The original idea behind the Inn came from Stas's work in healthcare. He wanted to build a beautiful and comfortable place for patients and their families who come to Boston for medical treatments and typically require a longer stay. The Inn provided exactly what was needed: a combination of luxury, safety, and convenience of a hotel with a privacy and coziness of a private apartment. Traveled with another couple and each of us had a master suite with a private bathroom. The space was perfect for our needs and beds were very comfortable. The inn is a stones throw from the T although we didn’t really notice the noise as bothersome. It was however a 3 minute walk to get to the stop and we were always 30 minutes from Boston. The neighborhood is perfect for dining at the end of the day- or grabbing a pastry in the morning. O’Briens was delicious and packed every night. Shivas had amazing Indian food and such a friendly staff. Don’t miss out on a walk to Whole Foods through gorgeous neighborhoods of old restored homes from the late 1800s. We loved our stay here! The apartment was extremely clean, very well furnished, and adorable. There were a lot of “small touches”, such as several nice throw blankets, small soaps, etc. One of the bathrooms had a very big walk in shower, which was great. One bonus was having a train close by to jump on and head into Boston. That saved us stress from trying to find parking and extra expense. Stas is a wonderful host! You can’t ask for a better host. He met us when we arrived and helped with all our luggage. He also gave us a tour of the place and restaurant suggestions. He helped us navigate the train and checked on us to ensure our comfort. We were greeted by Stas on arrival and he gave us a quick orientation to the quaint neighborhood center. A delightful pub is located across the street, along with an excellent breakfast diner just around the corner. The home was beautiful with so many special touches. Complimentary coffee was provided along with supplies for washing clothes. We enjoyed both during our 4 night stay. The Newton Highlands T station is next to the property and gave us convenient access to downtown Boston. We highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again. ##### Renee W. Having the T station right next to the property made it very convenient to get to downtown Boston. We were able to enjoy the city without having to stay there.
