  • Cette suite privée très unique est toute neuve et vient avec sa propre entrée privée à l'arrière. Y compris un nouveau lit queen et sa propre salle de bain attenante! La chambre est extrêmement propre et très joliment décorée. À 5 minutes à pied de la station Ashmont T (ligne rouge), qui vous emmène directement au centre-ville de Boston, Harvard Square, South Boston, Kendall / MIT, U Mass. Grands restaurants à proximité - Ashmont Grill et Tavolo Ristorante, ainsi qu'une boulangerie italienne locale et un café juste en face de la station de métro.

    L'espace
    Notre maison a été construite à l'origine au début des années 1890. Il est situé à Ashmont Hill, une zone de la région de Dorchester à Boston, connue pour ses belles maisons victoriennes, son quartier diversifié et éclectique. La maison est située à environ cinq minutes à pied de la station de métro Ashmont - qui est la dernière et / ou la première station sur la ligne rouge. Extrêmement pratique.

    Notre pièce la plus créative de la maison! La chaufferie comprend un lit queen et sa propre salle de bain privée + kitchenette! L'inscription est au rez-de-jardin et c'est notre chambre la plus spacieuse.

    La chaufferie est accessible par sa propre entrée privée située à l'arrière de la maison.

    Tout est flambant neuf, moderne et très confortable. Nous esperons que vous aimez votre sejour!

Lo describiría como un loft decorado con excelente gusto, donde tienes todas las amenidades necesarias para una gran estadía. Sin embargo, al ser el basement… tienen muchos cienpies. El único punto negativo fue que el ruido que se genera de pisos superiores no permite tener buen descanso a pesar de que el host proporciona un Snoozy. El visitar Boston fue muy fácil ya que se encuentra cercano al Subway y los lugares recomendados para comer, fueron geniales!

Honestly, the Boiler Room is even bigger than it looks in the pictures and is so perfectly curated! We LOVED our stay and if I ever get the opportunity to come back to Boaton, I will be staying here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others. If we come back to Boston, we would love to stay here again! The location was wonderful. So easy to get to the T station, which made it super easy to get to downtown. We didn’t get to take advantage of the outdoor patio, but it was very inviting. Thanks for being so on top of our needs with your quick response! Thanks again for opening up your home to us!

Our stay at the Boiler Room was fantastic. Eddie is an extremely communicative host and was accommodating throughout our stay. The apartment itself is thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in the Boiler Room. The room was gorgeous - exactly as pictured and very clean. The host was extremely responsive and quickly answered any questions we had. As others have said, sometimes you can hear the guests upstairs. It was never a problem, but if you are a light sleeper, just be aware you may need ear plugs. (I used the sound machine that is in the room and it helped tremendously). It was a short walk to the subway and then a quick ride into the city. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect. Attention to detail in decor and amenities. The room was exactly as described. It was within walking distance to the T which got us downtown within 20 minutes. We come from a dry climate so not much experience with basements and moisture but the room has a machine to keep the moisture out and it pretty much runs constantly and is a bit noisy but the owner provided ear plugs. The property is beautiful and has a fun looking bar but it was never open, although wine and beer was available in our room. Overall I highly recommend the Boiler Room at the Ashmont. We will stay again!

Great location, super cute and homey! Very easy to get to and super easy to travel downtown from. Highly recommend staying here, Eddie was a great host and great communicator. Made the process seamless and enjoyable, will definitely stay here again!

Property was pretty clean, well maintained with ample street parking. Good location for traveling around Boston. The driveway and nearby area was well litSome improvements to be had are the following:-No tissues were provided - we thought this would have been a given for someone staying away from home-Noise - we could hear footsteps at night time. One night, this happened around midnight as well as audible talking while we were sleeping. The rules say no parties but yet upstairs was loud each night. Please do better about noise if you’re going to have a rule about guests not throwing parties and being loud. We would come back to the stay to sleep and would hear noise from upstairs

Fantastic Retreat

I came into town for a convention I was working at, and couldn't be happier with the Boiler Room. It was a short drive to the convention center and a lovely place to relax after my long days.

Great place!

Me and my husband stayed here for our honeymoon. It was a close walk to the train station, we liked not staying in Boston but not being too far away. This place was so cute! It was spacious for what we were wanting! It was perfect!

Cutest VRBO

We loved this VRBO for our Boston trip! Traffic was very reasonable in the area. The place was fully equipped for a couple nights! Not much to offer as far as a fridge, but that’s ok. Great patio space for both coffee in the morning or drinks at night! Highly recommend :)

Stayed in The Boiler Room downstairs. Ceiling is a bit creaky, could use a grab bar for entering/exiting shower. Otherwise a good place to stay. Transit train is only a 10 min walk, and several restaurants nearby. We recommend Molinari's
