When asked for directions I did not say "Google it." They wanted to go to Salem. I said they need to catch the commuter rail from North Station and that they could find the commuter rail schedule on mbta.com. And, I directed them to take the redline to Park street and catch the green line to North Station. I'm not sure what else I could have done.Yes, we put the AC remotes away in the fall to avoid conflicts with the heating system. It was 60 deg. outside and they could have simply opened a window.We do provide a continental-plus breakfast with excellent ingredients. Not mentioned were cut up fresh fruit, yogurt, sourdough or other quality bread with all-fruit jam and all peanut peanut butter.
