This hotel was very nice and clean. They offered free coffee, tea, wine, were dog friendly, had super comfy beds and a bonus $20 to use in the hotel restaurant.
The downside is that while the restaurant looks good on the outside, prices are high and the food is not so great. Beware of a $25 dollar daily fee which I had not idea about. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay.

My second time staying at this hotel. My first experience was much better. This time the staff wasn’t as friendly. I travel frequently and it was the first time something went missing from my hotel room.

Everyone here was so friendly and helpful. The room was also very clean and came with a fridge. The hotel is also connected to a mall! And they amenities for the dogs too in the lobby! (snacks and poop bags and toys). There was also free wine everyday from 5-6pm which I loved. And polaroids available to rent for free for the day! The only thing I might say is the restaurant is quite expensive...but its a nice hotel so you pay for what you get!

Our stay was wonderful. The customer service was exceptional from the front desk, restaurant and maid service. My husband and I will definitely stay at Kimpton Marlowe Hotel in Cambridge, MA again. The salmon at Bambara was the best I have ever had.

The hotel was reasonably clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The hallway odors were mildly unpleasant, the room had noticeable rust stains and the “resort fee” was excessive considering the very limited amenities beyond standard.

Sorry to hear about the odor in the hallway, we wash the carpets weekly to prevent odors. Teh resort fee includes the 10 food and beverage credit all year long as well as newspapers, Bedside reading program, Wifi, streaming, access to our gym and a local gym as well as seasonal items.

Enjoyed our weekend. The accommodations were comfortable, clean and most importantly very friendly. Our dogs were welcomed as if were their home! The refreshments in the lobby were a plus! Will definitely recommend The Kimpton Marlowe to family and friends.

No dogs allowed
Nice ok, so-so service. Pet-friendly and dogs barking and howling in rooms. No dogs should be allowed and people shouldn't leave an animal alone in a hotel room. I had to request another room and didn't care to be around them on every floor on my vacation. The gym is nothing great and the room feels like a closet with low ceiling.

Horrible book I will never stay at this location again 1000.00 for two nights guest have no special accommodations or features everything seems like it’s focused on outsiders including the pop up bar no room service no help when asked where to eat or shop just terrible I asked for a room with a tub did not get that either.

In the summer, we offer more such as our paddleboards and kayaks and amazing outdoor seating area with lawn games ...we do have our gym, passes to the athletic club, the restaurant and living room area. We wish we could have all the bells and whistles, but space is limited. We do hope to see you again in the future.
