This hotel was truly the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. After we complained about someone else's hair clip still clipped to the shower curtain, nothing changed. Towels were thead bare.

Overall breakfast was good. The fruits presentation was not very good. Fruits were swimming in sweet syrup juice. Didn't look appealing nor healthy.

Upon check-in we were informed of no water until 7am, but it did come on at 3am, so not so bad. Beds were a little uncomfortable, maybe have 2 queens with a queen pull out sofa so all can fit, not just the short and skinny. Breakfast was decent, but attendant was pushy. Overall it was good enough for one night.

5 nights here at the Medford Hyatt were great. Friendly and helpful staff at all times. Breakfast was simple yet good each morning. Only thing that would have been extra nice would be the shuttle. It was not operational the staff said at the time being.

When I get to the hotel they tell me that I have to pay 15 USD per night for parking, I had to pay 30 USD for parking for two nights. As for the room, the first thing is that it does not have a microwave, the sink is in the room and the bathroom is very small, it does not have enough towels for each person in the room, the customer service is more or less good . I do not recommend that hotel to go with your family.

Our room was not vacuumed in the week we stayed there. Mold in the bathroom and the bathroom fan was very dirty. Staff was very kind. Ramona was amazing!

I enjoyed the hotel and the room was great. I wish the city view had been better and I wish the shuttle had been in operation as advertised.
