Staff was friendly and place was clean. My only recommendation is to upgrade the toasters and pancake machine, both are very slow. Breakfast was included and it was good and varied
The property is good. The breakfast is very good. They have the slowest elevator in history. I would have liked the prices be displayed in the market so you know what your paying for. Also you get a channel line up but no guide for the TV. The bed was very comfortable but there is only a thin duvet and a sheet for you. Overall I would rate it an 8 out of 10
Super friendly and helpful staff. They gave me great advice for when to leave by so I could be on time for my flight and return my rental car. And then my son left his binoculars in the room, and they mailed them to our home! Above and beyond. Really great hospitality!
Stayed here for the Boston Volleyball festival. The rooms were clean house keeping daily and decent breakfast for the budget the coffee was on point. Loved the stay even though we were out all day. There are a few places to
Eat so not so bad. Would highly recommended

Very nice staff. Clean room and super comfy beds. The free breakfast buffet was the best we’ve had in a loooong time! Great location and close to Boston and colleges.
I booked 7 rooms for my touring band. Great value, clean, modern hotel, nice rooms, and very helpful hotel staff. Will absolutely book here next time we play in or around the Boston area.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and looked brand new. The bed was especially comfortable. But the best part was that the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall, an excellent stay and we would be happy to stay here again.
The room they selected at first tv wasn’t working so I called and maintenance fixed it. So around 11:00pm while my boyfriend and I were alsleep we were woken up by someone getting into our room. Thankfully the indoor lock was latched on but they opened the door pretty hard. And it was a guy and a girl. They realized my boyfriend woke up and ran to the door and they ran. So in terms of safety I felt very unsafe and still can’t understand how someone used another room key and was able to get in our room. Also complained to front desk in the morning and all they said is it was impossible as if I was making that up. I didn’t have good stay and wish they had done better. I felt very unsafe after the incident. Do better holiday inn

I really enjoyed my stay, the staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. The room was a decent size, clean. The room had dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion. The breakfast in the morning was also great. I would stay here again
Everything was excellent; the place is immaculate and the staff great. Only concern is that the bathtub is so slippery, with the only handrail requiring you face the shower stream, that we were afraid of falling. It's an accident waiting to happen.
The housekeeping staff did not clear the trash or replenish coffee capsules in our room after our first night of stay. We had to make a request at the front desk before the trash was clear. But coffee capsules were never replenished.
