The suite was fine, not spectacular, as one expects of the Four Seasons. And this was an upgrade... The television choices were pretty poor.
The hotel sent two emails offering "to send a car" to pick us up at the airport which I read literally. Send a car means a ride, yes? What they sent was a limo service that later billed us 143 dollars for a 30 dollar ride. That was disappointing. Had I known I'd not have tipped the driver 50 bucks.
On the positive side was the coffee bar in the morning--great staff and treats there--the treats in the lobby in the afternoon, and the generally helpful and responsive staff.
All in all, a nice place in a nice neighborhood, in need of some tweaks.
