Did not care for the check-in process. Despite having a staff at the reception desk, they require check-in at a kiosk that requires several entries to be made including email address. It felt like self-checkout at CVS. And the process needed to be repeated upon check-out!
No app or digital key was made available to simplify the process.
The room was small, cramped, and poorly laid out. It felt like a poor renovation of an ancient space, rather than one that was laid out efficiently in the first place.
