### Boston One Bed With Luxury Building Amenities

This apartment is professionally managed by Furnished Quarters, the largest independently owned and operated supplier of short-term furnished housing with over 25 years of experience in the industry. The Avalon at Prudential Center is located in the heart of Back Bay and gives you easy access to the shops, restaurants and nightlife of Boston's Newbury and Boylston Streets. Enjoy the Public Garden, proximity to public transportation and direct entry to the Prudential and Copley malls.  
This stylishly decorated one-bedroom is in an upscale high-rise building with a 24-hour doorman. The apartment features parquet hardwood floors, granite countertops and tile floors in the kitchen and baths, spacious closets and lots of storage. All beds provided are fitted with plush linens and pillows. Amenities include a private community room and courtyard, valet laundry service and underground access to a supermarket and retail shops, including the Prudential Center and Copley Place. All Furnished Quarters apartments include 24/7 guest service.  
  
Pets are allowed in select apartments and are subject to a $500 non-refundable pet sanitation fee for one pet, $750 for two pets. Additional charges and size/breed restrictions may apply and vary by building. All pets must be approved by Furnished Quarters. Please let us know ahead of booking if you plan on traveling with a pet.
