The HVAC system in my room started blasting at full volume at 1 in the morning. I got no sleep and really felt I should have been reimbursed for such a awful night

Enjoyed Starbucks on site. Uniqueness to call an elevator. Rooms seemed spacious. Beds and pillows were SUPER comfortable!!!

The room was clean and modern thouugh quite small. The main advantage of this hotel was the attachment to a mall and closeness to the various universities. The staff were very friendly and responsive as well. I would definitely stay here again.

I go to Anime Boston every few years and this is a great choice for your stay ( close to venue, open til early morning, parking included option, and Pool for those long walking days)

Unfortunately the couple next door was having a yelling and screaming match for about 5 hours until about 5:00 a.m. We got little sleep and though hotel staff were called, they continued. We know this can happen in any hotel, but it is unfortunate when you pay a lot of money to stay in a hotel, and the walls are super thin, and you are subjected to obnoxious people next door.

The fridges inside all the 5 rooms are too small. No microwaves to used inside the rooms. Both the 2 microwaves provided near the front desk receptionist STOP working while been use. This is INCREDIBLE !

Great hotel, only problem was a competition of high schools. The property had over 3,000 kids with very little supervision or control, so extremely loud, kids talking and running in the halls. Taking elevators a challenge just to get out. Hotel management needs to do a better job at controlling this or at least have guests not part of this in a separate floor. Will appreciate a Big Warning about such activities so we can avoid booking in a date like that.

The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff were always polite and very helpful. The hotel itself is very impressive and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is also quite convenient and it was really easy to get to the T. The bonus is that the hotel is connected to a mall which has access to the T - so when the weather was chilly we barely had to go outside to get around town. As tourists to the area, we thought this hotel was perfect. We will definitely stay here when we visit Boston in the future!

Perfect stay. We got a great room. Exercise and pool room was awesome. I was very comfortable working out at 10:30 last night. Love that it was so close to Boston Public Library and Newbury street, etc. Restaurant on property was great. Son loved it too. On a rainy night, we were able to use covered crossing to get to the mall to have dinner at Eataly. We would definitely go back. Only advice is there should be more security to get to the hotel room floors

I have stayed here before and have had a wonderful experience each and everytime however the is particular stay the bathroom did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned (hair *not mine* on the walls / soap dish / shower floor was dirty) and then upon checkout the gentleman on front desk was not welcoming and seemed bothered by my checkout.
