Convenient and clean, but otherwise very disappointing. The staff was not friendly, room key worked after multiple tries each use, automated curtains didn't work and I couldn't move them manually, very low water pressure, hot water was not hot, bed was not comfortable, and only flimsy plastic cups in the room. For $450 per night, I expected much more.

The $25.00 voucher for food and beverage was offered but never told that we had to use before we went out the door to do a bit of sight seeing before we left that day. We came back to get some food and drink and were told it was too late. Completely not right as we had spent $600 for a one night stay and than not to be able to use the voucher toward a food and beverage purchase is not right. We would appreciate a credit to our account or a voucher toward a future visit as we are in Boston frequently with our daughter in college there. Thank you !!

Hotel was ok for a Hilton. It was difficult to get customer service in the restaurant and a request to the front desk seemed to be a disruption to the front desk person who was engaged in personal conversation with her coworker.

Nice hotel. Convenient for Northeastern University. Entrance to hotel was a little hard to find for an out of town person as the bend in the road makes it difficult to know which road you are on.

The front desk employees were excellent and so helpful. The women at breakfast made our day! Kind, cheerful, and welcoming. Thank you.
When we checked in and went up to our room it was not what I had reserved. I reserved a corner room with king bed. This room was neither! Went back down to desk and was told "no corner rooms available " that's too bad that's what I paid for. After a while a corner king room became available.
Stay here every year for Boston Marathon. Consistently excellent.

Stay here only for the location. Rooms are very dark and gloomy. Great it you need to sleep during the day, however, most of the time we had to used our cell phone flashlight. Walls, carpeting, furniture are black/dark gray and lighting is very dim and limited.

Shower was barely warm. Mandatory$25 to spend each day so coffee was $6 yogurt$ $16! Stupid expensive, mediocre accomidation. Personnel were nice enough.
I called once for slippers, somebody might came when I was taking shower (I was not able to open the door when he or she knock the door) and did not drop anything off at the door. The. I called at around 10 for a women’s pad and slippers and waited until 11:30pm, nobody came. I know they might be busy but this is really not a good experience.
Front desk staff were so friendly and so helpful. We were there for the Anime Boston Convention and had a LOT of bags. Staff helped find a bag cart when there was none to be found and even unloaded our car for us. Beds and pillows were beyound comfortbale and room was spacious. They do have parking for fee, but i loved that you could come and go with no extra fee, thats very rare in Boston. Also the water pressure was fantastic, with excellent lighting in the bathroom. All in all great experience!
Best part is the location. But the hotel has gone down as I’ve stayed there before. Very weak shower pressure and the water barely qualifies as being hot. I had a much larger bathroom and shower last time as well.
Not thrilled with the renovations they’ve made and it’s crazy that they don’t let Uber eats and other food delivery services come to the room. Gotta step it up guys…
The property was good, however there were a lot of things in the room that were broken and had to be replaced, such as the coffee machine, the hair dryer, the safe, and not refilling the shower gel bottle in the shower. And the staff was not very kind all the time when calling them to replace the items they should’ve checked when preparing the room for a guest. Also, it would’ve been really nice if they would inform the guests that they have a food and beverage credit each day, so that it could be used.
