The rural house El Paller is located in Borrassà and is perfect for you to enjoy a unique holiday with your loved ones. The property, spread over 3 floors, consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a guest toilet, and an additional shower, accommodating up to 10 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, fan, heating, washing machine, dryer, game console, and TV with DVD player. The country house also features a private balcony, perfect for relaxing in the evening. Since summer 2023, the village has a municipal swimming pool just a few meters from the house. Free street parking is available. Families with children are welcome. Pets and parties are not allowed. The property has step-free access and the building is equipped with an elevator.
