Hood while you relax in the hot tub or sip wine on the spacious covered patio. The space: This luxurious space is a 1400 square foot single level house in a private country setting. The home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room, sitting room, gas fireplace, fully-stocked spacious kitchen with breakfast nook, and a huge outdoor covered patio with a hot tub on the adjacent uncovered deck and a spectacular view of Mt. Hood. Remote controlled blinds throughout the space allow for privacy and convenience. The kitchen offers a Keurig coffee maker with \~12 dark roast K-cups, toaster, blender, microwave, charging station, \*DOUBLE\* ovens, glass cooktop with 4 burners, dishwasher, stainless steel double sinks, quartz countertops, side by side refrigerator/freezer. There is an ample stock of cookware, bakeware, utensils, and dinnerware. Each bedroom offers brand new queen size mattresses, luxury bedding, bedside tables, lamps, charging ports, window shades, a sitting chair, and double closets containing collapsible luggage racks, wood hangers, and luxury robes. The living room offers large east-facing windows for optimal mountain views, a smart 55" TV with remote, a 3-person leather sofa with electric reclining features, a 2-person loveseat, a stone sitting hearth with a basket of blankets, and a cozy gas fireplace. The main bathroom located between the bedrooms offers a spacious new walk-in tile shower with teak wood bench and overhead rainwater feature, double sinks, new ADA-compliant toilet, and Egyptian cotton towels. The secondary bathroom off of the laundry room offers a glass-paned corner shower, pedestal sink, and wall-mounted toilet. The expansive covered patio on the east side of the home offers a private, unobstructed view of Mt. Hood with an open-air concept, wrought iron railings, and perimeter string lights. A centralized 5-person glass top dining set with turntable and cushioned seating allows for comfort and relaxation while watching hummingbirds and distant rabbits in the field. A cozy, adjacent sitting area offers seating for 3 between a cushioned wicker love seat and rocker chair with pillow storage within the center table. The deck just off from the covered patio is where you can enjoy a comfortable 4-person hot tub with nearby towel hooks and views of the star-filled country night sky. 2 steps lead down from the home to the patio. Guest access: Parking is available in the main driveway for up to 4 vehicles and you will have front door keyless entry access to the home. 3 steps lead up to the porch from the driveway. It had everything we needed for our family of four, from the spaces to the linens to the kitchenware. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace and hot tub during our December stay. The view of Mt. Hood is spectacular, and we highly recommend waking up early to catch the view at sunrise! The kitchen is well-stocked with all the essentials, and the appliances are updated and easy to use. Rob was wonderful! He was attentive to our needs and communicated quickly. Best of all, he went the extra mile to make our Christmas away from home feel special.
