The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The practical and comfortable sofa bed in the living room transforms the space into additional sleeping arrangements, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to four people. The apartment was clean and bright, and the high ceilings make the space feel even larger than it is. The location is awesome—very close to a bunch of great restaurants and shops, and just a short walk from the tram. A/C and the washer/dryer combo in-unit both came in handy. Location was very good - close to Rue Notre Dame 2) air conditioning required service but workman came (unannounced) on the third day 3) laundry didn’t work. Host said he knew that before we checked in and didn’t know when it would be fixed. 4) refrigerator door didn’t shut properly causing the freezer to be one giant block of ice and water to drip on our food. Host said he knew that too before we checked in and didn’t know when it would be fixed. Kitchen was minimally stocked for cooking e.g. two dull paring knives, nothing larger or for bread. Hosts initial response time was great but he seemed unable to resolve issues. This is a professional management company, not an individual.
