The apartment wanted a good clean, dusty, toilet hadn't seen bleach/cleaner in a long time, big stain on sofa bed....end of sofa had been taken off so it would fit, shower leaked, and they gave us grief about the damage deposit! Quite a lot of restaurants/bars within a 15 minute walk and tram stop just at the top of the street.
