The apartment measures 50m2, it is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a typical XVIII th century stone building. There is a bright living room, an open and fully equipped kitchen : fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, Nespresso. The bedroom has a double bed (size 140x200cm). Bathroom has a bath and seperate toilets. You also have a high speed internet connexion (with wifi), a TV and a DVD player. You will be close to everything : 3 minutes from tramway station « Chartrons » and a Vcub stop (bike rental). You will find many cafés, restaurants close by, the CAPC (contemporary art museum), Chartrons market just down the street (thursday : organic, and sunday : farmer's market) : Friendly atmosphere you shouldn't miss ! You are also 2 tram stops away from Tourist information, 3 stops from Wine City, and the historical center is just 10 minutes away on foot, or 3 tramway stops.
