We are only 15 minute drive to Lake Tapps! But also, a great place to have a cozy night in creating memories with family and friends. The home is a short one hour drive to Crystal Mountain ski resort. Great quiet neighborhood. Parking can be difficult if more than 3 cars. Street parking is found but very tight. No smoking inside or outside please. \- Please remove shoes in the house \- Smoking and vaping is NOT allowed inside or outside of house. \- No drugs allowed. \- Pets are NOT allowed. \- Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. \- Only use appliances for their intended uses. \- Guests: People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. An additional charge can be charged if this occurs. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed 12 without written permission. \- Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. \- Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate \- Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacles located on the side of the house. \- Towels: Please use bath towels for in-home use only. \- Parking. Guests have use of the main driveway, there is no access to the garage. \- Please note that the wood burning outdoor fireplace is not supplied with wood. Local grocery stores have wood available. Important: Before you arrive you may be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. Check Out Procedures • Check out is at 11am. Please check out promptly at 11am, so that our housekeepers have time to prepare the house for the next arriving guests. • Guests who leave after 11:30 am will be billed a $50 fee. • Guests departing after 12pm will be charged for an extra night stay. We enjoyed it but were disappointed in a few critical areas. Cleaning crew did not leave house ready. Some dirty dishes, cold coffee in the pot, towels in the dryer. Kitchen was short on silverware, 6 forks & spoons in a house that sleeps 12?Twin beds(4 of them) did not have sheets, just a mattress cover and a comforter. We purchased sheets sets for our stay.Couch and lounge chair in main living room had broken frames which made then uncomfortable (the lounge chair is actually a little dangerous!).Dispite the shortcomings, we enjoyed the house. Our kids definitely enjoyed all the games/pool table since it was fairly rainy the 2 days we stayed. Location is a bit tricky as it’s down a very steep road & a little hard to find off the main road. It would be very difficult if arriving after dark. We had a slight issue with our entry code not working, but Jonathan was quick to answer our call & get us in asap. Our younger boys loved the bunk beds, but be aware the bunk room is separated from the rest of the bed rooms & is downstairs in the basement. My kids LOVED the games and things downstairs and slept well in the bunk room. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. If they could improve a few small details, it would make us seek out this property again in the future. First of all, there were some cleanliness issues that, while not a big deal, were off putting. Things like the toothbrush holders all being dirty and filled with toothpaste scum and the walls in many areas are in need of washing. Second and more importantly the two queen beds are not comfortable, those rooms don’t have ceiling fans which is our preference for sleeping and the walls are paper thin, we could hear every move my parents were making in the master bedroom. ##### Malissa H.
