Welcome to your home away from home in sunny Bonita Springs, Florida. Just down the road from the beach, this comfortable home has all the amenities and the convenience to make an unforgettable getaway. Spend your days lounging about the pool or hot tub in the backyard, or make your way to the beach to participate in fun rentals like boating, surfing, paddleboarding, and so much more. Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Settle on the plush sofa in the living room to host a great conversation or a movie night on the large TV. Prepare grand meals or beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Get a great night's rest in the main suite, which boasts a TV for private viewing, a lovely en suite bathroom, and a private entrance to the lanai. Enjoy lounging the days away on the lanai, stock the tiki bar, and swim your cares away.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

This house has a great location. You are minutes from pretty much anything you will want to do. The house was clean and well stocked, and the garage even had gear for the beach. Between the pool being steps away, and all activities being minutes away, it made for a very relaxing stay.

Dead hot tub
Nice house. Big issue was that hot tub heater did not work at all. Was told service people would show up on Wednesday, but was a no show. We specifically pick this home because of the hot tub. Other issues (tv, microwave plate) where handled promptly. All and all, minor things only othwuse. Extra hand soap and towels would be great.

5 Night Getaway
Great property. A few little surprises, but overall, very good. 2 palmetto bugs (inside) caught our attention very quickly, but they are probably normal in Florida (not so much in Wisconsin). Hot tub heater had issues which Jessica the property manager quickly resolved. Pool water was cold. If it was advertised as not being heated, we missed that prior to arriving. In the winter months, with the sun lower in the sky, the pool gets little direct sunlight. Other than the bugs, the inside was clean and very large/ comfortable. Very large kitchen, very large great room. Mattress was OK (Chinese bed in a box mattress). Lanai was large and very private. There was a curious raccoon hanging around the outside of the lanai—probably used to being fed by the neighbors. Overall, we would stay here again.

Service for problem was outstanding
Items needed > > Lamps in the bedrooms > Mirrors in the 2 bedrooms (that are not the Master BDR; that room had one) > Hooks on the back of bedroom doors to hang towels > Hooks outside on patio to hang beach towels > Written instructions on how to use the TV’s or better yet get Cable TV.

Nice home in nice neighborhood
Nice home in a nice neighborhood. House was nicely cleaned. Kitchen had everything that we needed; plenty of towels for the family. Nice house with nice lanai & pool - kids really enjoyed. Only major issue was the hot tub quit working halfway through our stay - property manager was very responsive but couldn't get someone out to fix it before the end of our stay given the holiday season. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
