We had an excellent stay at Maleny's property! The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, well equipped and very close to Stratron Mountain. Our group checked in Saturday and left Tuesday allowing us to use the very convenient free shuttle on Sunday. We had no issues checking in or out and the host communicated well. The hot tub and amazing view from the house made the weekend perfect. We'd definitely recommend the rental!

We recently stayed at this Vrbo rental, and it far exceeded our expectations, making for an unforgettable family getaway. The spaciousness of the home was perfect for our family, offering ample room for everyone to spread out and relax without feeling crowded. Every corner of the rental was well kept and clean, contributing to a comfortable and inviting atmosphere from the moment we stepped inside. One of the highlights was the rental’s proximity to Stratton Ski Mountain—just minutes away, it provided easy access to a day full of skiing and snowboarding adventures. Additionally, the home is equipped with new appliances, which made our stay convenient and worry-free, especially when it came to preparing meals for the family. The outdoor hot tub was a hit with everyone, offering spectacular views of Stratton Mountain. It provided the perfect spot to unwind and soak sore muscles after a day on the slopes. The property’s outdoor space was equally impressive, offering a great place for us to enjoy the fresh mountain air and scenic surroundings. A thoughtful touch that did not go unnoticed was the ski equipment cubs by the entrance. We had a great experience at this property. The house was super clean, there was plenty of room, close to activities and very peaceful. The only suggestion we could make is to have a fire pit in the back yard for a chill thing to do while hanging out. The check in/out process was super easy and we loved our stay!

This property was absolutely beautiful and fit my extended family of ten perfectly. It was very easy to find and located in a nice neighborhood. There was plenty to do in the surrounding areas. The owner was extremely helpful before, during, and even after our stay. She was responsive and very kind. There were only two things that surprised us. The first is that there was no air conditioning. The air outside was comfortable, but not all of the windows had screens so we could not open them all, and with the sun coming in the windows, it got very warm inside. The second surprising thing was that the house we stayed at wasn’t the one pictured in the listing. It wasn’t a problem, the house we were in was actually even nicer then the pictures we saw on the listing, we just had to adjust our planned sleeping arrangements. I would definitely stay at this home again (and maybe bring multiple fans, if not an AC, if traveling in the summer), and would rent from this owner again.

#### Guys Weekend Skiing President’ Day 2020

Spent 2 nights here with a total of 10 people. 6 17 year old boys and 4 adults. This is the 4th ski trip we have taken and our first at Stratton. By far the best house we stayed at ever. Made egg sandwiches every morning before skiing and teens enjoyed hot tub. Very close to mountain and Melany was very responsive. Would highly recommend staying on one of her properties.

#### MLK Weekend

We absolutely loved this house for a family vacation on MLK weekend! We had 8 of us and two kids with room to spare. The house was very clean and well maintained. We especially loved the hot tub and large open concept kitchen, dining room and family room for all of us to gather. Also the garage/basement mud room was great for all the ski stuff. We also went up a weekend of a 2 foot snow storm, which was no issue as the driveway was cleaned twice and the roads of the neighborhood were cleared. I'd definitely recommend staying here with a large group - it was also very easy to get to the slopes. Thanks Malney for a great stay!
