Wonderful hospitality!

Cozy nice apartment, well-located. Paulo was very welcoming and attentive to our needs, and was very helpful with taxi arrangements as well. Would recommend!!

Wonderful apartment!

This apartment is conveniently located, safe and very clean! The host was warm and welcoming, leaving a bottle of wine and snacks for us. Was a very nice stay.

Bologna trip

The property is in a great location. It’s is exceptionally clean beautiful decor great beds so much attention to detail a well thought out apartment . Paolo is a perfect host nothing is too much trouble for him . The kitchen is well stocked with essential in the fridge and biscuits tea coffee sugar and snacks . Would highly recommend people to stay here .

Simply perfect!

From the beginning the rental has been a resounding success. Easy and timely communication, perfectly clean and furnished apartment with all the necessities and then some, super comfortable beds, great welcome, storage room for luggage, air-conditioning, everything in perfect working order has made our weekend really unforgettable. Thanks a lot for everything, and most of all for being such an attentive and pleasant host. We will most definitely be back!

Perfect Location with lots of amenities

The perfect spot for our short stay in Bologna! Paolo went above and beyond. He met us upon our delayed arrival, showed the property, provided excellent recommendations and secured a taxi for the airport. The location was perfect, within walking distance to tons of restaurants and activities. Comfortable beds, lots of coffees and morning snacks. Excellent bathroom. Thank you Paolo!

This is the one.

Superb, compact apartment with everything provided by superhost Paolo. Nothing was too much trouble for him. In addition the apartment was spotless, clean and in a good location. You won’t be disappointed.

Too Little Time!

Paola’s condo is a clean, organized, beautiful space with everything you need. The location is prime with just a short walk to the market, restaurants and shops. My only regret is that we didn’t plan to stay a little longer. Note should be made that this is a second floor place, Paola was kind enough to help with our luggage and even offered to return and help us checkout! So kind. I would highly recommend a stay.

Fantastic experience - Highly recommend

We stayed for one night but the warmth and hospitality was beyond any expectations and if I ever stay in Bologna again - it will be at this place! Excellent location, clean and well functioning apartment which has literally everything a travel needs. A host Paolo met us himself and answered all of our questions. He made us feel right at home. He helped us with the city map and recommendations on what to see and where to eat, and even made a reservation for our taxi cab for the next day to go to the train station. We have been traveling for 3 weeks to different cities and this was the most outstanding apartment stay we had. Bravo and a big thank you from our family of four!

Bologna Nov 2023

Paulo was an outstanding host. He had loaded staples in the frig, stocked the clean bathroom with toothbrushes and lots of tp. The living room /kitchen was small but the 2 bedrooms were sizeable and the beds very comfortable. The laundry was a little tricky but Paulo got it sorted. There are stairs to the unit but Paulo also assisted with our luggage to and from. Would not hesitate to return

Lovely Stay in Bologna

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this charming apartment in the center of the city. The apartment was sparkling clean and the size was perfect for the two of us. Very good location for walking to all the sites and wonderful restaurants. We would stay here again!
