This unit features 2 master bedrooms on the top floor with the living quarters on the main floor featuring a 1/2 bath. Come and relax in a beautiful, comfortable townhouse apartment located in a private enclave surrounded by canals and private boat docks. This town home has an AMAZING view of Pine Island Creek and Matlacha Pass. Boat out into the waters around Cayo Costa, Northern Captiva and the Gulf and see the peaceful sky of a Florida sunrise, or relax by one of the TWO heated pools/spas. Spend your day on the tennis courts (2) or the nearby golf course! Learn about the history of the island as you wander through the artist shops at nearby Matlacha. Eat at a fine dining restaurant, or wear your sandals to the local seafood shack. It's all waiting for you! This spacious accommodation has covered parking on the ground floor and is close to the canal dock. The first floor offers a living room, dining room and kitchen with full laundry, as well as a half bath.
