Staff was very friendly, helpful, and kind. Always had a warm “Hello” and “Smile” when entering and exiting the building. Room was perfect for our stay. Staff provided everything that we needed. Breakfast was included. The food was very tasty. A few restaurants were within walking distance. Great food!! Pool, jacuzzi, and gym was an added bonus. We loved it! Would highly recommend this Marriott location in Meridian, Idaho!

Expedia and Marriot need a new system that allows for flexibility when changes are needed to a reservation. Things in life happen and your systems need to have the ability to adapt without phone calls and reaching back and forth.

My experience would have been good however the front desk lady called me (I believe she is Mexican, didn't catch her name) and told. Me I was supposed to check out on 8/11 when clearly I was booked and signed from 8/10-8/12. I even asked her is she sure she was calling the right room and she insisted I was to be out. In the end it was 325 not my room (308) that was supposed to check out and I received no apology or even a for my rudeness and inconvenience let me reduce your room rate or something!

Awesome Stay
The hotel and room were very clean. The staff (all) were amazing. So very friendly. More so than just having a question answered. They all went out of there way to just have a friendly conversation. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Great stay but old room
Sam at the front desk was great and made our stay smooth. The place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room felt dated and had an old smell.

The fact that this hotel advertises they have a pool is joke. The staff said it’s been closed for as long as they have worked there. Eight months lol!! Would expect more from a Marriott Propery.

Walls were paper thin as were ceilings and floors. We got complained about for being too noisy for Stomping around when in reality we were walking, and we could hear the people above us as well. Pool was out didn't get notified of that until the Thursday before trip.

There is no working pool or hot tub as advertised. When we travel with kids, this is a priority. Hotels.com needs to update their listings with appropriate information regarding their properties. We wouldn't have booked here had we known there was no pool

Don’t count on what they advertise
Hotels.com has so many properties to choose from. I specifically picked this property for the indoor pool and hot tub. There were many less expensive properties nearby without the indoor pool. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were drained and unusable. I absolutely would have stayed somewhere else if this property would have been honest about the condition of its amenities. Very very disappointed

We had to switch rooms because our first room smelled like animal urine and feces. We didn't realize that this is a completely "pet friendly" hotel meaning EVERY room can have pets. For a family with high animal allergies this was disappointing that there weren't rooms set aside for people who need to avoid allergens.

We got the 2 bedroom suite and it was lovely. If you are short it is a climb, literally, to get on the bed. We had a toddler and heavy footed people above us and we heard EVERY STEP at all hours. Staff was not very helpful resolving this. After an 8 hour drive, it would have been nice to have some quiet time. The breakfast is 1 step above a continental breakfast, but not what we were expecting.
