Presentamos de manera especial excusas por los malestares causados frente a su experiencia de alojamiento con nosotros, nuestro principal interés es lograr una recordación agradable y tener la oportunidad de que repitan la experiencia con nosotros, lamentamos mucho no haberlo logrado. Por tema de aprovechamiento de recursos evitamos el uso de artefactos como calefacciones, sin embargo para largas estadías y respetando la preferencia de los huéspedes podemos realizar la ubicación de una calefacción portátil pagando un valor adicional.
