Well, I spent 2 nights. 1- bed was horrible. It was like sleeping in a sofa-bed type of mattress, thin. 2- Hot water wasn’t constant… 3- No AC, even tho it was a 18th floor… the only ventilation was if you open the windows (2 small ones) which was okay at night but you can hear all the noise and honking noise all night and morning 4- The toilet was clogged and there was no overnight service to attend the situation. Would I stay there again? No

Gillian gracias por reservar con nosotros, en cuanto al agua lamentablemente ese día el edificio sufrió un daño en unos de los tubos y por fuerza mayor todo suspender el servicio hasta no solucionar el daño, al día siguiente ya se reestableció el servicio de agua. Agradecemos su comprensión

El único y gran problema que tuve fue que el primer día no había agua ni para ir al baño, me avisaron al momento del check inn, la señorita que me lo dijo sin brindar una solución u opción dijo no hay agua llega a las 12, para alguien que ha viajado casi 36 horas esta noticia no cae nada bien, tuve que pedir que me llevaran una cubeta con algo de agua porque tenía que ir al baño! Súper mal la noticia sumada a la actitud de no me importa de la encargada del check inn!

Juan Carlos Gracias por elegirnos y por compartirnos tu experiencia, efectivamente el edificio tuvo un daño y se quedo sin agua por lo cual entro en mantenimiento el daño del tubo, fue un imprevisto que se presento de un momento a otro. La información se le brindo en el momento del check in para ponerlo al tanto de la situación y le suministramos una cubeta con agua. Le brindamos toda la ayuda de acuerdo a nuestras posibilidades

Excelente estadía, pero realicé el pago con tarjeta y fue rechazado, entonces llamé al número de la persona que me enviaba la comunicación y me dijo que podía pagar en el lugar y así lo hice. Pero para mi sorpresa también efectuaron el cobro con la tarjeta. He escrito y aún estoy en espera de una solución.
