  • Located in the heart of old town Bodega Bay, Simplicity is a one bedroom, one bathroom, home with one queen bed. Television with Blue Ray DVD (will also play CD's), small kitchen with a coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, hand mixer, (no dishwasher). Stack washer and dryer, Iron and small Ironing Board, one car garage, small grassy yard, and small deck on the west side of the home with a table and 4 chairs. WiFi and streaming now available with Internet and Roku box.

    Sonoma County TOT CERT #: 1819N, License #: LIC25-0003, Permit #: Exempt, Quiet Hours: 9 PM to 7 AM, Max vehicles: 2, Max Occupancy: 2, No outdoor amplified sound is allowed.
