Had Reception been advised during your three day stay we would have immediately solved your issue. Coffee is important and this is the reason we offer it in our rooms and our Cuisinart Coffee makers receive maintenance as it is important they function as we are dedicated to sustainability for 13 year by offering organic coffee from an indigenous village, Silico Creek, a located in Bocas del Toro Province.. We understand your frustration and Reception is always available to assist our guests from Coffee makers to International Lost Luggage. We also have coffee for our morning guests who order breakfast. In the meantime we hope you had a chance to enjoy one of several charming Coffee Shops within walking distance from the hotel. We wish you the Happiest of Holidays and an amazing 2022.
