2 bedroom, 2 bath villa, with your own private pool and private backyard.

Located in East Boca Raton near downtown.

This North Villa is one of two units in a duplex. It has its own private entrance, private pool and private backyard for your use only. Private kitchen, and parking for 3 plus cars.

High speed wireless internet, Smart TV.

Child pool safety fence is available by request at no charge.

Pool heat is optional at $20 per day.

Laundry is shared with the other unit, and has it's own outside entrance.

Horrible misrepresentation
Property was misrepresented in the listing. It did not say that it was a duplex. It did not say it was shared laundry and the pool was semi-private, meaning the owner lives in the other side when renting the side advertised. In addition, upon arrival, the master bathroom had a water issue, and did not get fixed until 4 days into the stay, making it impossible to use that shower when the guests specifically booked this rental because it had two bathrooms. $100.00 credit was not nearly enough to address all these issues. Renter beware!!!
