"We enjoyed our trip and loved the accommodation. Our daughter had great fun out on the decking and we enjoyed the sunshine late into the evening. Perfect location for exploring the surrounding area and great communication with the host providing detailed directions to locate the property. Will defo look to book again!"

"Wonderful location, quiet and secluded, but close to the village. We were a group of 5 couples celebrating 50 years of friendship and had a great time. "Very friendly host, comfy bed and nice bathroom. Beams were a little low near the bed so remember to duck! Plenty on offer for continental breakfast including homemade bread. Due to covid we struggled finding places to eat however we were able to use the oven in the kitchen to heat up some food we bought from the nearby co-op. We visited the reindeer centre and it was amazing I thoroughly recommend this trip!"

"This hotel has gone through a major renewal over the past 10+ years. I lived in Grantown-on-Spey for over a decade and I have seen this hotel at its absolute worst. It is now an absolute gem of a local hotel. Conveniently located in the center of the Scottish Highlands making day trips to 4 corners of Scotland quite doable. I know, I have done it!! The breakfast is beautifully Scottish. Well worth starting your day off with a full Scottish breakfast. After a day out being an accidental tourist cause you took a wrong turn and ended up in some cool tiny village that you can’t even pronounce its name for amazing fish and chips and cool locally produced art. You can come back for a meat pie and a pint and enjoy all photos you took while being an accidental tourist. Never lost, just accidental tourism. "
