"The property is just like the advertisement. The breakfast seems as if it was just thrown together you can tell that there was no love put into it. Some staff members weren't too friendly. At first we thought it was due to the language barrier but that wasn't the case, because our house keeper Cho Cho was awesome. Cho Cho didn't speak English, but she took time to ensure that we got the best service throughout our stay at Lalynn Resort Villas by using her phone translator to communicate our needs. We didn't like the fact that we were charged $100 for a bucket of ice a few times and then $50 for a bucket of ice the remainder of our stay. We will definitely visit again because it's a very nice place to stay."

"Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa – Phuket ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5) I had a beautiful stay at Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa. The ocean‑view jacuzzi suite was absolutely stunning peaceful, romantic, and one of the highlights of my holiday. The resort grounds are lovely, the views are incredible, and overall it’s a great place to relax. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. Staff communication and training could be better, especially when handling guest requests. Some parts of the room and amenities need more thorough cleaning. For example, when I boiled water to make tea, I discovered significant residue and buildup inside the kettle, which shows it hadn’t been properly cleaned. This is a hygiene concern, especially for a 5‑star property. These issues didn’t ruin my stay, but they are important for the resort to address. With better staff training and more attention to cleanliness, Diamond Cliff could easily be a perfect 5‑star experience."

"Overall experience was wonderful. Food is well prepared and the staff works very hard to upkeep the property, making sure all guest have a comfortable experience. I highly recommend this resort and would definitely stay there again. My only complaint is the beach, whereas the water recedes twice a day and this in turn affects the ferrying to and from the island. The low tide is nothing the staff can control and they do their best to accommodate the guest with this inconvenience by providing an alternate route to ferry to and from the mainland and resort."

"The people who work here are very kind and generally very helpful. The breakfast is excellent but the staff is even better. The views from our suite were phenomenal. A view from every angle. Be prepared that the place is not in a particularly convenient location with very few other restaurants and stores."

"Beautiful view if you stay in the lagoon view suite. The food at the restaurant was great, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The only bad thing was the swimming pool. It was full of algae. It needs a good cleaning"

"Staff was great and very helpful. English ability varies but those who did speak were very engaged. Location was great to be close to but not exactly in the Old Town. One downside to location is that you might need to guide the less experienced ride share/taxi drivers since the Google / app maps can be a bit misleading in how to get there Only real issue is poor flushing toilet but that is common in many non Western countries so it comes with the territory if you plan to travel a lot"
