« The bathroom was dirty in our room but we didn’t notice it until we returned from our concert we were attending. There was pube hair on the floor, the top ledge of the shower was filthy, the sink had dried toothpaste on the faucet and there was toothpaste spittle on mirror. We will likely never stay at that location again. »

« This is not a place you would want to stay for more than one night. We put our crew up in this hotel for three nights for a local job and nobody was happy. They advertise a breakfast available, but each day our crew went to the “breakfast” area they were greeted by no more than 5 honeybun packaged pastries and some carafes of juices. The bathrooms and showers were not well cleaned, hot water was inconsistent, and there was no soap, shampoo, or conditioner provided. Only hand soap in a dispenser...

« This property is on a 4 lane road with lots of traffic. Unfortunately if you get a room facing the street, it sounds like the vehicles are driving thru your room. When I brought this up to the front desk, she says , yes we know people complain about this all the time, so you should have got a room on the back side. Because I booked this thru Expedia, I received no help at the hotel. I would never stay here again. »

« We stayed here after working in Pendleton. We checked in very late and the front desk gal was beyond nice. The beds are SO comfortable and breakfast was more than we had expected. If I had 1 complaint, it would be that the sink area is right out in the bedroom next to the frig and microwave. That made it difficult trying to get ready while others were sleeping. Otherwise, I will be staying there again! »

« WiFi never worked, even when asked. Rooms and beds were clean. Door was not sealed so insects could easily get in, and they did. »
