"Martha has an adorable home. If you need a close place to sleep near USC, this is it! Affordable bedroom and bathroom in quiet, safe neighborhood. I enjoyed a walk in the neighborhood, sitting on the front porch looking at birds enjoying the feeders, and her plants. Tastefully decorated. 10 min drive to our daughter’s dorm. We’ll definitely be back!"

Breakfast was a good ol’ southern smothering of eggs, sausage, grits, and pancakes. Communication with the host was flawless, and I hope to return when they get their garden in and start to serve farm to table food!!!! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience something other than a drab hotel with no frills. Loved...
