"Localização boa, ambiente agradável, atende bem para uma viagem rápida ou em casal. Excelente custo benefício. O mini mercado e lavanderia do prédio são bem equipado com valores coerente pela comodidade. Único pequeno problema foi que no quarto tivemos a falta de toalha de mão e tapete onde avisamos para uma possível solução e não obtivemos resposta, porém não afetou nossa estadia pois estávamos preparados. "Casa muito bem localizada, fácil acesso, local tranquilo e seguro. Imóvel bom, conservado e atende toda necessidade, somente dois quartos tem ar condicionado. Um quarto na parte de baixo fora do apto estava com a parede descascada e bem mofada, atrapalhou bastante por conta do cheiro forte de mofo. Banheiros bons, equipados, roupa de cama e banho limpas e utensílios de cozinha de acordo. Proprietário (Sr Joias) e a co-anfitriã ( Sra Márcia ) sempre prestativos e muito atenciosos."
