### Breezy 5-Bed Home with Walk-In Closets, Fenced Yard, Lagoon View, and Utilities

This fully furnished house has a laid-back, functional layout with space to spread out, just over 2,100 square feet between two floors. It's a five-bedroom, 2.5-bath setup, and the main bedroom is downstairs, which is excellent if you'd rather not climb stairs daily. That primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, a Smart TV, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower-tub combo, a single vanity, and a bidet. Upstairs, the second bedroom has a queen bed and its own Smart TV with a game console. The third bedroom doubles as a bonus space with two queen beds, a couch, a desk, a printer, and even its own TV, ideal for someone who works remotely or wants a semi-private media zone. The fourth bedroom has a double bed, a couple of accent chairs, a dresser, a Smart TV, and the fifth bedroom has two twin beds. All five bedrooms have walk-in closets, and ceiling fans keep airflow easy throughout.  
  
The second full bath has a shower-tub combo with a double vanity and bidet, while the downstairs half bath is simple with a single vanity. Shared spaces flow easily, and an open-concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, and two barstools is tucked into the island. Just next to that is the dining area with a table for six. The living room has a couch, loveseat, accent chair, coffee table, and another Smart TV and ceiling fan. Home flooring is tiled, making it easy to clean and pet-friendly.  
  
Out back, a fully fenced yard and patio space with a BBQ grill and outdoor furniture, perfect for weekend hangs or casual dinners outside. The garage fits one car but doubles as a chill-out zone with its couch and Smart TV. There's additional space in the driveway, too.  
  
The home comes with utilities included, up to $200 per month. If it goes over, you'll just cover the difference. Pets are negotiable, depending on the situation.
