Grounds were in great shape. Floors were not swept well. Consider, hear feathers and sand on the floors. The manner in which the heat and air was controlled became a bit annoying the first 2 day. I had to call/text the property manager 5-6 times trying to understand why the HVAC was not working correctly. It was remotely controlled and was on a split system. Meaning thermostat for upstairs and one for downstairs. I didn't realize that until the second day of the trip and we about froze the first two nights. Finally the manager had to give me the code so that I could get inside the program and over ride the programmed settings. No major deal but just a bit troubling to mess with. Ice maker didn't have the bottom bucket on the device, there was a large bowl in its place. One of the outside lights under the porch had a birds nest built in it. The thing that was the worst was parking. Most of the time we had to park in a reserve lot across the road from our condo. Renovations were going on next door and contractors were taking up 3 parking spaces in front of our condo. Not to mention the noise from the saws and nailing. That was the biggest head ache. The other things were not as annoying. ##### James J. Very Quiet and a Good Neighborhood to Walk the Dog. Townhouse was clean and comfortable. Host was easily reachable and accommodating. Walking distance to Old Town Bluffton.
