Bluff Point State Park Tours and Activities

We booked this hotel and were shocked when we got there that it has an 8.4 rating. The room smelled musty and felt damp and cold. We wanted to soak for a while in the advertised hot tub but were told it was not available. The guy at the front desk was very unprofessional and I had to go up to the front desk in a different building for questions since he would not answer the phone. When I complained, he copped an attitude! The included continental breakfast was very sparse. Even though there was a woman tending it, she never spoke to us or acknowledged we were there and gave absolutely no service. I'd never go back to this place.
