Step inside this bright, updated cottage filled with natural light. The open layout features a cozy living room with a TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The modern, well-equipped kitchenette includes a microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, with counter seating for four.

For your comfort, the cottage is equipped with:
• Central air conditioning and heating
• In-unit washer and dryer (exterior entrance)
• Pet-friendly amenities
• A Pack `n Play travel crib for those traveling with little ones

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 6):
• Primary Bedroom: Queen bed with a private en-suite bathroom and shower.
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed.
• Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a second full bathroom.

Your private patio includes an outdoor dining table for six and four lounge chairs, offering unobstructed water views.

You will have full, private access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage and its dedicated patio. Check-in is personal, and we will provide keys upon your arrival to welcome you.

In addition to your private space, you have access to several shared community amenities:
• Two community grills
• A Solo Stove fire pit area with eight Adirondack chairs at the water`s edge
• Complimentary stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, and bikes

After check-in, we respect your privacy but remain available and responsive should you need anything during your stay.

Our community of cottages is located within a private marina, with fencing and landscaping to ensure your privacy.
• The fire pit, grills, and water sports equipment are shared amenities. We kindly ask that you respect other guests who may also be enjoying these spaces.
• Please note that your private patio is adjacent to the common fire pit area.

The home is located within an active marina please be respectful of how and where you park and please no parking on the grass.
