The helpers of the property are, as well. The property was well stocked on everything you need whether it's towels, blankets, sheets, pots, and utensils.The firepit was wonderful to use and wood was only 5The location was super quiet, full of nature, and 20 minutes away from the city and all of the noise. The trails are just as beautiful as the photos.Negative: Bathroom fan doesn't work. The bathtub is very tall, so be careful getting in and out. Wifi signal and cell reception were very spotty. While watching movies on our rainy day in, the reception kept stopping the connection.The putdoor patio furniture was not the cleanest. It hadn't been taken inside for rainy days.Patio deck boards aren't the safest and sink in when you walk in certain parts. When locking and unlocking the front door after the putting the code in, you have to push your body against the door so that the lock will move. We had trouble with this but eventually got the hang of it.Besides that, we had an amazing time!!!!! Maybe I didn’t read the listing as thoroughly as I should have. I didn’t realize it was on property with other tiny houses, campers, and more. I also wasn’t aware at booking that the shower/hot water heater would only be good for a 8-10 minute shower until we arrive. You could not drink the water so we went out and got bottled. We also would have brought more blankets than were provided. Basically it was more roughing it than we imagined but it wasn’t bad if that is what you were going for. Had I realized we would have brought additional supplies or booked somewhere else for trip. Curtains were missing on bedroom windows and doors. The door probably needs fixed to lock easier. He was thorough with our welcome and instructions. The trails were perfect for walks with our dogs. Very peaceful and relaxing. We will be back. ##### Kim H. The house was set up efficiently and had the amenities we needed. My only critique would be the beds- the pull-out couch was very uncomfortable and the beds in the loft were cushions.
