« This is a really interesting property. This was our first time in Roanoke. Just passing through for one night. Location and parking was good. It's pretty eclectic. A one bedroom apartment in a former government building. Kitchen was great, but it reminded us of a college apartment. Brewery located onsite was fun and it was a lovely day. Definitely not your average hotel. We cracked up at the really big screen TVs in the living and bedrooms. »

« Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The location was very convenient—about a 10-minute drive to most places, including the Biltmore entrance, downtown, and the River Arts District. The space is ideal for two people (any more might feel a bit tight). The bed was comfortable, the decor was lovely, the shower had great water pressure, and the kitchenette was well-equipped with dishes and even a water cooler. « Room was nice, good parking, all I can really say it’s just sketch. There’s never any worker at the front desk, the only reason I got into my hotel is because some dude went up to us and gave us a number to get into the room. There was a hole in the roof of our showers. The beds are pretty nice. It’s a very easy walk to down town. »

« We were very excited to stay here because of the beautiful outside pictures. Upon arrival we almost immediately left. Up grown with weeds, hotel needing repairs, several dogs in fenced area. Pulled around to parking and owner came out upset because e have a service dog, said he was unaware and not allowed! I explained I contacted him but he wasn’t listening and showed husband room and okayed it. Unit bathroom needs tlc and shower is combined with a very deep tub I could hardly step in that needs...
