"This resort is second to none. I visited the spa during an overnight day from Friday to Saturday. Drove 3.5 hours from Atlanta and the drive was certainly worth it. The spa was very well organized. The spa staff was especially attentive and the experience was magical. The pool area of the spa is very picturesque, giving mountain oasis. On Friday nights, the main restaurant offers a seafood buffet that was the best seafood buffet I have ever experienced. The room was clean and modern. The fitness center was a short walk from the main hotel but provided everything I needed; very large facility. 10 out of 10 for the overall stay. Will definitely return! "

"I'm pretty sure I got bed bugs from this hotel. I haven't stayed anywhere else since. The location was great, although I thought paying $20 a night to park in the garage was a little excessive. You could walk pretty much anywhere in Gatlinburg, which is really the only good thing about the place.The other guests on our floor were very loud, all hours of the night.There's a haunted house next door, with tons of screaming & chainsaw noises that were a little hard to get used to & the hot tubs were nasty. The breakfast was not good. We only tried to eat it the first morning. I would not stay there again."

"Over all our stay was very pleasant. The hot tub ruined my bathing suit as well as a ring. And it’s very close to the pool where kids are playing pretty rough. Other than that it was a pleasant stay."
