The space: 2 king suites with ensuite bathrooms - both on the main floor with only 2 steps from the driveway. One bedroom is larger than the other with a desk/workspace and floor space for a pack n play or air mattress (both provided). Between the pack-n-play and air mattress, there's room for 5-6 people depending on how many kids and babies you're bringing :) You'll love the comfortable beds/couches, the stunning views, the private hot tub, lounging hammock net, and sauna under the lights, the games throughout the house, the firepit area with bench seating, hammock chairs, and nearby turf areas for playing or lounging. We strive to put quality linens, supplies, decor, and entertainment in the cabin so that our cabin can serve many families for many years. We also partner with the best cleaners in town to make sure you have a clean and comfortable stay! We also love to travel so we have tried to make the cabin a place that we would want to stay with all of the details covered. The TVs are smart tvs with Apple TV. You can sign into any service you’d like, but there aren’t any services provided. We provide a pack-n-play along with eating ware for the littles. We have little ones of our own and know how important those details are. \*\* EV charging available (Level 2: 220 volts, 12-35 miles per hour) Other things to note The TVs are all Roku Smart TVs. You can sign into any service you’d like, but there aren’t any services provided. G maps doesn't take you to the property, but apple maps does. Roads are mostly smooth and easy to get to the property. Some parts are steep and narrow but any car should be able to make it to the property in most weather. Please note that the fireplace inside the house is electric, and it’s the only one available for use during your stay. All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents. There are cameras in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection! They are exterior only and in plain sight. The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. We hire pest professionals to minimize bugs in the home, but again.. you're in the woods. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the park or in the driveway do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. Bears are RARE! No late check-out or early check-in. If this should happen, we reserve the right to charge $75 per hour. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. We generally provide handsoap, a starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and paper towels. Be prepared to bring your own Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal, logs, and coffee :) Absolutely no fires outside of the designated outdoor firepit! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages. Pet Policy: We love welcoming dogs as part of the family! Guests may bring up to 2 dogs during their stay. To help us keep the home fresh and comfortable for everyone, there’s a $65 pet fee per pet per stay. Please note that we’re only able to host dogs (no cats), and any unauthorized pets would incur a $200 fee.
