"Shower was not clean. Jets in jacuzzi tub did not work - this feature was the entire reason I booked this hotel. Very disappointing. Our tv remote did not work. The clerk had to come to our room twice, once to ensure it didnt work - maybe he thought we didnt know how to operate a tv remote? The second time he came back with a new remote which did work, thankfully. The room was not soundproof as advertised. We heard no less than 4 trains during the night, doors slamming, and children and dogs making noise. "

"This property was clean, spacious and has everything you would need. Beautiful country feeling location, very clean and quiet. The property is relatively new looking, all the amenities you would want, full size and cup size Keurig coffee pot, makeup remover towels, extra pillows and linens. There's chairs to sit on the back porch and watch the horse graze. I can't recommend this property enough. After the hustle and bustle of the casino all day it was very nice to be able to end the day in country quiet on the back porch with the crickets singing and the occasional cow moo. Sure the casino is nice but 2 bedrooms, coffee pots, everything you would need less than 10 minutes from the casino. You can uber to the casino for under 20 including tip. We will never stay in the casino again, this Verbo is our go to for future Choctaw Casino visits. Hands down one of the top properties we have stayed at."

"Clean initial impression, but cut short due to major issue (Room 263) We checked into Room 263 (2 queen beds) just before 10:00 PM. Initially, we were satisfied with the visible cleanliness of the room and the excellent customer service at check-in. We put down our things and went out for a few hours, returning just before 2:00 AM to sleep. During the night, my significant other moved to the second queen bed to have a bit more room. When our alarm went off at 6:00 AM, he woke up with large, red, swollen welts across his chest, stomach, back, hips, and buttocks. Suspecting bed bugs from that second mattress, we immediately examined the welts and gathered our things to leave. I slept in the first bed the entire night and did not get any welts, so the issue seems localized to that specific second bed. We checked out early, just before 7:00 AM. Kendrick at the front desk was very kind and professional, handling our early departure well and providing us with the GM's email address to request a full refund. This was our first time staying overnight in Durant, and while the staff was pleasant, waking up with severe welts ruined the experience. I cannot recommend staying here until management thoroughly inspects and treats Room 263."
