Views, hot tub, great location on App Ski Mtn! The peace of Blue Ridge Blessing welcomes you and your family to rest and relaxation! Serene mountain views await from all four decks at this home. Enter the main level with just two steps from the parking area. A wall of windows overlooking the views of the valley and mountains beyond will draw your eye right away. The main level offers a gathering space with comfortable furnishings, a remote controlled gas fireplace, SmartTV with Spectrum cable and streaming options, dining table for 6 with room for 3 more at the counter, and a kitchen with solid surface counters and stainless steel appliances including a Keurig. Step outside to the porch and enjoy the beautiful mountain views from the porch swing! Up a half-flight of stairs is the master bedroom suite. Here you'll find a Queen bed, gas fireplace, private Juliet balcony, and en suite bathroom with jetted bathtub, double vanities, walkin closet, and shower. Down one level from the main floor is a level with two Queen bedrooms and a shared bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms offers access to the mid-level deck. Go downstairs one more level and you'll find a den with gas fireplace with a 100-year-old mantle over it, SmartTV with Spectrum cable and streaming, laundry closet, a bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. On this floor you'll also find a deck with the hot tub and a gas firetable. Blue Ridge Blessing is perfectly located on a quiet street on Appalachian Ski Mountain, just 10 minutes to both Boone and Blowing Rock. You'll be able to hear the Tweetsie Railroad train whistle clearly from here as it floats up the valley. All of the area's best shopping, dining, and attractions are a very short drive away. You're sure to love relaxing at Blue Ridge Blessing! IMPORTANT NOTES: \- This home is pet friendly for a firm max of two (2) dogs under 50lb each. Pet fee is $25/nt per pet. \- Please note that the owners of this home use security cameras to monitor the exterior of their home to ensure it remains safe when unoccupied. No cameras are aimed at the bedrooms, hot tub, doors, or windows. \- AWD/4WD and/or chains recommended during winter months. \- Guests returning to Blue Ridge Blessing may receive a discount of 10%, not to be combined with other discounts to the room rent. \- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. Its location to many great adventures while being tucked away with a great view was perfect for us! The sunrise from the cabin was gorgeous and we found an overlook about 10 minutes down the road that provided FANTASTIC sunsets. The cabin was close to our adrenaline adventures as well as hikes and relaxing on Price Lake. The bedrooms being on multiple levels was great because the kids could stay up late on the lowest floor and enjoy the hot tub and their own TV while the parents could be on the top floor and not hear anything. The kitchen had everything we needed and lots of seating. The only downside was the master bed. It was really hard. There was enough space for a king so I’m hoping they will switch it out for a better/larger bed soon. We would definitely consider staying here again! ##### Sara O. The view was AMAZING for a gorgeous sunrise over the mountains...Plenty of room to gather together or spread out! Hot tub, fire pit, and grill were perfect and there was even a game room downstairs that was an extra bonus! We also loved the location...right in between Boone and Blowing Rock in a very nice neighborhood! There are more amenities than are actually listed and the house was immaculately cleaned. Loved the master bath's tub after an afternoon of hiking. Also loved the fact that the deck was closed in with a gate. The only improvement I could suggest would be for at least one bedroom to have a king-sized bed. Other than that, the house is close to perfection! Beds are not comfortable! We enjoyed the lay out of the house and location. The beds are way too hard in master sweet and down stairs twin with bunk. Beds need softer and more comfortable mattress. One of the bedrooms needs a king size bed. A definite need is more comfortable seating on the deck area. Great deck space but very sparse, the only negative with the house. Close location to Blowing Rock, Boone, and hiking. We had two families, each with young children (ages 1-6) and the split level bedrooms and GIANT bathroom/closet upstairs suited us well.
